Do you have parts for
imported Toyotas?
Yes, we stock a large range of parts to cover all types of Imported
& Australian delivered Toyota & Lexus vehicles. While
we stock the common parts we can not carry every part for every
model.
What happens if you dont have the
part in stock?
We operate within a large Australian dealer network if the part
is available within the dealer network we can usually obtain
the part within a couple of days. We also have suppliers in
New Zealand, Japan and the USA. Parts that have to come from
overseas generally take between 10-14 days.
Can I have the part number?
As a general rule we do not quote part numbers.
I dont have a credit card!
We will provide you with our banking details, funds can be deposited
in any Westpac branch throughout Australia or deposited via
internet banking from your account.
I live too far or I live Interstate/Overseas
We can send parts anywhere in Australia or around the World.
We use TNT for all our interstate and overseas deliveries and
Couriers Please for outer Sydney areas. Freight charges are
available on application and depend on size and weight of the
consignment.
How do I know that I will get the right
part?
Our parts sales specialists have many years experience
in Toyota and Lexus parts interpretation behind them, we also
are equipped with the latest electronic parts catalogues, if
you are unsure of the part you are trying to purchase we can
e-mail or fax you a detailed diagram of any part before ordering
or dispatching.
If the part is not what I wanted can
I return it for refund?
Whilst we take every effort to ensure that you get the right
part, a change of mind cannot be accepted for a refund. If an
error is made on our side we will supply the correct part.
